During my first days in college, a drunken man told me that Ricks had the best burgers in Dublin. He was not wrong. If you want a burger and you're in town, always Rick's!
I still remember the first time I came here to try one of Rick's burgers, it was so good! They use fresh ingredients and the burgers themselves are huge! Felt so full for hours.

The Buzzing Temple Bar area has lots of eateries, I went into Rick's for their Irish Burgers.
They have many options in the Beef & Chicken Burgers and as you wait in their smallish eatery, see the Dublin streets and people moving by outside.
The Burgers are freshly made and you can see them making them right there..
Be ready for the full burger , your hands will need a good scrub after the oily meaty, juicy burger is had.
This one will be enough to keep you full for a few hours!
I went vegan for 6 weeks, and broke the meat fast with a delicious double decker burger from rick's. I absolutely devoured the thing. Would definitely recommend this place
Rick's is my favourite take away (homemade) burger in Dublin. They make the burgers in the shop. I know when they originally opened the meat was Halal meat and I believe it still is. They do an amazing burger I always have their cheese burger they are decent size burger. They serve the burgers with fresh tomatoes, lettuce and their own burger sauce and ketchup, onions if you want. The cheese burgers have grated melted cheese which they melt on the griddle before they serve them. I often drive in to the city in the evenings just for a Ricks burger.
If you want a good tasty burger this is the place to go.

The location is great right on the corner of Dame street and Georges Street.
You wouldn't pick this place from the outside, cardburger neon ahoy. But go in and get an original with fries. They make the patty right there from this ingredient McD's has never seen, beef. It's proper good wide-boy burger with fabulous sauce, onions, greens from actual soil, and salty soakage chips. Just great.
