Rasam is my all time favourite restaurant - Period. The Palak Patta - Baby spinach leaves delicately crisped, topped with honey and yoghurt dressing will make you cry, seriously! I would recommend that as a starter and although I am a carnivore I always go for the vegetarian dishes. For main course I chose Shakahari Thali, beautifully presented on a silver platter. The Shakahari Thali includes 5 assorted vegetarian dishes served with pulao rice, naan bread and a sweet and sour pickle. The thali not only tastes like nothing else, the experience and the presentation of the platter made me appreciate every single phase of the cooking. I know the Indian Chefs in the Kitchen prepare the spices and the food with such passion, that you will feel it in every bite you take. For dessert I had rose kulfi, a home-made Indian ice cream served with rose water. I thought I had died and went to heaven. The owner Nisheeth Tak and his team will garnish the whole experience and make you feel special. The restaurant is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the atmosphere relaxed. I will come back every single time I visit Dublin.
Rasam is the best Indian restaurant in Dublin. The decor is lovely, super staff & fantastic menu. Portion sizes are large & the vegetable dishes especially the creamy spinach are delicious. Definitely a great place to go for a special occasion
Went here based on TripAdvisor feedback and were not disappointed. Good service, prompt service and a menu that had great choices that were different to the standard Indian restaurant fayre. The food was very tasty - thoroughly recommend the place.
