Went here last night for dinner and it was unreal! Really nice place and a good variety on the menu! I went for the wings and fajitas and couldn't finish my main! Just so much food! While Liam went for the squid and the slider plate, which looked heavenly. I defiantly would come back here! For the Oreo cheesecake alone!
Came here for a quick snack and some cocktails the service was so good and very friendly. Along with the really good atmosphere the food was really hot and fresh and the cocktails were amazing and really good value .. Really want to come back for a full meal. Definitely recommended !
I personally love Alfie's whether you're going for food or a cocktail or both the atmosphere is great the food is equally as good and the cocktails cannot be faulted. I'd recommend giving it a try.
Visited this place on a sunny day and sat outside. Me and my friend both had the steak sandwich. It's hard to go too wrong with a steak sandwich but this was delicious. A lightly toasted ciabatta with plenty of garlic mayo, medium-rare slices of steak, rocket, and caramelised onions- heaven! Will definitely return soon.
Decided to treat myself and the little sister to a treat in one of South Dublin's hotspots , however not only is this place known for cocktails it really holds its own with the menu to I've been in a couple of time for lunches during the week and the have really affordable deals however there is a great buzz on a Saturday with still great service decided to go with a glass of pressuco a chicken creamy pasta with chorizo which was perfect to fill for a days shopping , it did not disappoint !
Love going here for lunch. The €10 lunch deal is brilliant! They have a good menu to chose from and you pick 3 off the menu.. staff are always very helpful! My garlic bread was buttery, pull pork was in a bbq sauce with onion strings on top which were a nice touch as I wasn't expecting just pulled pork and my chips were tasty too!
I like this place a lot. The idea of three small dishes is great for a lovely price of a tenner. It's a very good deal. I've been here before but I was flustered choosing my meal so chose the wrong thing ideally. I got two pasta dishes, well one was mac n cheese and again it wasn't tasty. No cheese really was more creamy than anything! WHERE IS THE TASTY MAC N CHEESE IN DUBLIN!? (Featherblade is the best so far) The pasta dish was very flavoursome and the salad was delicious too! Amy's curry was more like a Korma but very tasty. The food comes quick for lunch too which is handy! Staff are also lovely. I'll be back! Menu is full of tasty things to try!
Alfies €10 lunch menu is my fave! You choose an item off the three categories and comes all served together like tapas, just the right amount of food. They have a wide variety to choose from I always have something different each time I go . Everything I've had so far is so tasty! Staff are great so quick and efficient! This time went for wings chips and satay chicken noodle filled me right up! V yummy
Went here for lunch yesterday, unfortunately they don't do their usual lunchbox deal on the weekend - you get 3 snack size portions for just €10! My favourite combo is always wings, skinny fries and a chicken Caesar wrap! Seeing as it was Saturday, went for a portion of their hot wings with homemade fries on the side. Honestly think their wings are up there the TriBeCas and Elephant and Castles - really delicious! Came to just under €15 for the two and it was a generous enough portion of both! Would have rated them higher but the waiter not only cleared my plate when my two friends were still eating, but took everything including spare cutely for dessert which I got the hint and didn't ask for! Such a shame as there was spare tables. Would recommend it for lunch especially during the week!
