Really super, cosy, friendly little place which serves the most delicious Italian food! The space and decor is fantastic and just quirky enough- especially with the sounds of the trains rattling past you over head.. The menu was perfect, just enough choices to let you know that every dish on it will have been thought out and perfected! Authentic and delicious- I'd highly recommend it.. and if you go, make sure you try the chocolate & orange semifreddo for dessert- you won't regret it! 😉
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I called them on a Saturday night at 6:30pm asking for a table for 12 guys at 7:30pm. They were clearly busy but said they'd be happy to have us and would make room.
We arrived and the staff were very welcoming. Our waitress couldn't do enough, despite dealing with 12 men on a party weekend, several of which have very specific food needs.
The food was served in a good time, was excellently presented and very nice, drinks were regularly replaced with little fuss and everyone was extremely impressed and happy with the whole experience.
On top of all that, the decor is stylish and contemporary and there's quite a lot of space.
I would definitely be back if I was local, can't recommend it enough.
A firm favourite with our family. Always enjoy the food, wine and atmosphere. Particularly like the high tables in front with view of the pizza oven. Had our daughter's Confirmation Dinner here a couple of years ago...the Big Lucio...it was fantastic...abundant, authentic, family style feasting.
