Had a great time, really interesting, what skilled workers, now I know what went into making the pieces I already have and of course another piece went back to the USA. Other wise there was flat rate shipping of only €30. We'll worth it all around.

Five years after moving to Ireland I finally got to visit the House of Waterford Crystal and it was wonderful. To witness all the effort, time and energy that goes into producing a single glass makes you appreciate it so much more. Be ready to splurge in the factory outlet after the tour cause they sure have some beautiful stuff there. We loved our tour guide, Sean, who brought a wealth of experience and huge passion for all that is glass. One last thing to add is that this tour is very accessible to guests with mobility issues/wheelchair users like myself!
