Second time ever I have written a review of a restaurant...and I just want to say....that the food and the environment in Everetts are amazing...you have brought a gem to this lovely town..no doubt in my mind that you will succeed...and you will become a recognize (National & International) signature for Waterford...the taste and presentation of your food, as well as the level of service, clearly reflects the profound love and passion you have for what you are doing....Congratulations!!!!!......I will highly recommend your place to all my friends and peers ....

After eating in Everetts Waterford I feel i have to comment on it .I have eaten in many restaurants during my 68 years on this Planet including many 5 star,and Michelin star establishments and even Everettes is only new it was without doubt one of the best eating experiences i have had .Firstly the bread,well it would be worth going there just for the taste,it is baked freshly in-house everyday,The menu is very well presented with a truly wonderful taste. I would not have any hesitation in recommending going there for a different and wonderful experience
