Beautiful hotel for sure . All perfect here , receptionist, bar staff and dining room staff.would highly recommend it . Only downside was at breakfast as there was only one person doing everything, taking orders, cleaning tables and serving. This led to the breakfast waiting time of about 30 minuets.
Lovely staff especially very well looked after by Debbie. Fantastic vegan options and truly enjoyed the relaxing Sunday jazz lunch with my family and friends. Highly recommend for good food and great service.
Had the pleasure of staying at the Metropole Hotel Cork city last week.
Lovely hotel , staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Lorraine and Michelle/Becci , at breakfast. Kelly in the Met bar was very chatty and made us very welcome. Hotel is very comfy and staff are very down to earth. We most definitely
will stay here again. Great spot !
