At my cousins wedding on Sat 3rd March like a scene out of Frozen - what a fabulous hotel, food was top class and staff could not have been anymore helpful, excellent customer service all round - I will definitely return highly highly recommend this beauty spot �

From the moment we checked in, we were made feel welcome & comfortable...nothing was too much trouble. Hayley at reception was so lovely to deal with, she made sure our room was ready as soon as possible (we arrived before check-in time) so that 2-yr old Alex could have his nap. She even upgraded us to a junior suite so that Alex would have more space for running around. Second day here, I asked Hayley for some milk for our room & she immediately asked if it was for a bottle for Alex (yes, she remembered his name even tho he wasn’t with me at the time!). Thank you Hayley �. The same Alex threw his swimming-ring over the balcony railing & when I went to get it, I realized I couldn’t easily access the gardens at the front of our room. Aideen in the bar quickly came to my rescue & hopped down from the fenced decking outside the bar to root in the hedge till she found it! As I said, nothing was too much trouble... thanks so much Aideen �. At breakfast, Rebecca was so lovely & immediately brought Alex some crayons & coloring books. Again, thank you Rebecca �. These are just some of the lovely people that make the Ferrycarrig such a lovely place to stay. So deserving of our 5-star review. Keep up the good work!
