Yeah. This is exactly what Waterford's nightclub area needed. Amazing food. Brings a sense of vibrancy and modernity to what was a drab outdoor foodcourt (for want of a better phrase). Pimped up fries were savage, best caprese salad I've had outside of Italy-real fresh Mozzerella (could have been Toonsbridge?) big leaves of fresh basil, tasty tomatoes. Gorgeous. You can really tell a restaurants standard by their simplest dish and the salad was beautiful. Kudos! My boyfriend had some monstrous completely huge burger with a half a cow in it. It was absolutely class. Tasty, moreish, proper burger. Great selection of drinks, fast service, very reasonable, lovely staff, nice atmosphere. Not for fuddy duddies who want the romantic candle lit privacy but its a cool, top class place for great twists on the classic tear and share food. Bit too much pesto on the fries... that's not really a complaint though... each to their own. Haha! Well done guys, keep up the hard work. Oh.. and its nice to have approachable staff too! Makes the customer really comfortable and at ease. Thanks for putting our coffees in take away cups. It didn't take away from the proper italian brew you're serving anyway! :) 6 stars!
