Had a great time, really interesting, what skilled workers, now I know what went into making the pieces I already have and of course another piece went back to the USA. Other wise there was flat rate shipping of only €30. We'll worth it all around.
Five years after moving to Ireland I finally got to visit the House of Waterford Crystal and it was wonderful. To witness all the effort, time and energy that goes into producing a single glass makes you appreciate it so much more. Be ready to splurge in the factory outlet after the tour cause they sure have some beautiful stuff there. We loved our tour guide, Sean, who brought a wealth of experience and huge passion for all that is glass.
One last thing to add is that this tour is very accessible to guests with mobility issues/wheelchair users like myself!
Great tour. Amazing craftsmanship on display throughout. I highly recommend spending a couple hours here to witness this art form.
This is well worth a visit, Waterford is a lovely city, nice to learn the history of the crystal and the tour of the manufacturing area was amazing, such talented people. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thanks for such an enjoyable experience �

What a great tour with great history. Staff was so friendly and tour guides were so knowledgeable. Up close to the products being made and even got to handle some great pieces.
