Popped into this Eddie Rockets branch last Sunday (March 6th) in between hospital visits as I hadn't eaten all day. Wasn't the first choice of places to stop into, but definitely the right choice! It was very busy being Mothers Day but we happily took seats by the bar, with a view of the chefs in the kitchen. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Fillet burger, my brother Ciaran Plunkett ordered the Pineapple Burger and we shared a bowl of chips with cheese sauce - this sauce is my guilty pleasure and I'll always order it when in Eddie's.
Our burgers came within 15 mins of ordering, and were absolutely delicious! My chicken fillet was well seasoned with herbs & spices, in between fresh lettuce, tomato, coleslaw, onions, melted cheese and their retro sauce on a bun. Eddie's burgers never disappoint me and this one was full of flavour, and definitely filled me. The waitress also gave us a bottle of paprika for our chips, which I took full advantage of! My brother really enjoyed his burger, the pineapple was fresh and the beef was cooked perfectly.
Overall this was a truly brilliant meal, and very good value. Diner food at its best! Kudos to all the chefs, they really work hard in there!

@eddierockets My guilty pleasure Eddie Rockets. We got to share cheeeze pleeeze burger with cheddar cheese and a fishy fish burger with chips garlic sauce and coke. No complaints here food was lovely pleasantly stuffed & staff are always lovely.
