Absolutely stunning restaurant, staff are faultless and the food is to die for . Loved the decor , tastefully decorated and tables laid to perfection . Amazing owner who cares about her business and customers . Lovely banter with the neighbouring table . Highly recommend. Please don't tell everybody as we were so lucky to get a table as this restaurant is always busy .

It was a very hot day in kinsale , headed for a long beach walk with a friend and upon our return to town , soon realised we had missed the closing time of every eatery in the area , crestfallen ,heading to the chipper ,we spotted a convivial crowd lingering over coffees at Finn's Table and chanced requesting anything they could quickly , easily prepare in their final moments .We were greeted by John Finn broadly smiling at the end of his evening at the helm in the kitchen , we were given a wonderful table and menus and anything at all offered therein !He was only too happy to accommodate ! We shifted our sandy feet , perused the menu and settled on the Crab trio starter and 2 rack of Lamb ! We were in heaven ! The dining room is a testament to Julie Finn's love of flowers and comfort , I well know as I enjoyed many a meal at their previous restaurant in Timoleague , her garden was her crowning glory ! All the little details , the vases of fresh flowers , exquisite paintings , beautiful cushions create an elegant and yet inviting comfortable setting , not at all stuffy ! Julie is so engaging and at ease in her dining room . She is a wonderful host possessing a wealth of knowledge to guide you through your culinary experience . Even the bread,butter,hummus , and complimentary aperitifs were exceptionally yummy ! We topped it all off with scoops of peanut butter and white chocolate and raspberry ice creams ! Divine !! Oh ! And did i mention Air Conditioned !!! ? A true oasis of cool !We parted well past midnight ..very happy girlenes indeed !! X
