The food was amazingly beautiful. The staff and owner were more than welcoming. The bar itself is beautiful with a lot of the older history still intact. Would highly recommend this place over many others in kilkee for its warmth and it's tremendous delicious food.

I had an amazing time at Hickies Bar a couple weekends ago. We stayed at the BayView B&B, which I highly recommend if you're in the area. The bar is a great place to meet locals and listen to music, especially on the weekends! I fully intend on returning to Kilkee when I'm back in Ireland, if only to hang out here again :)
