Last week I rang Goyas to see if I could order a gluten-free cake for my sister. Usually the only gluten-free desserts that are offered by bakeries are brownies and meringues & after several years of not being able to eat gluten, my sister is so tired of them! But Goyas made the most fabulous lemon & raspberry polenta cake with lemon icing. It was DELICIOUS!!! Even for those of us who don't have to avoid gluten! I really want to say a big thank you to Goyas for going to the trouble of making such an innovative and scrumptious cake. My sister was so excited - almost like a kid - to be able to enjoy a delicious gluten-free dessert, and the rest of us made several mmmm-ing noises as we wolfed it down. Thank you again! :D

They made 3 cakes for my wedding and 2 off them they dont do and were happy to do them and made a fabulous job on them . Eveyone loved them. Would recommend them.
