Went for the 5 course menu Saturday night a few weeks ago. Felt I had to leave a review as it was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. Thought the monkfish with whey was the pick of the dishes but all the courses were fantastic. Service was excellent, atmospheres relaxed, the food fantastic and great wine selection. Really hope this place gets the recognition it deserves and so rare to find such a top class restaurant in a rural setting like this. Great addition to fethard and surrounding area. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to next visit.

Had lunch with my husband recently and I was very impressed with the food, decor and ambience, option to purchase local and Irish produce and as I often decide to eat in establishment based on cleanliness of the restrooms, I was mightily impressed by the cleanliness and beautiful decor of the loos (lol)
I enjoyed two of the lovely fresh salads with delicious brown bread, I will definitely be ordering the beetroot red cabbage and seed salad again. My husband enjoyed their gourmet sausage roll and salads. Great fresh crisp produce prepared on view in the open kitchen which is one of the best parts of the whole experience
After an extensive (according to my husband lol) look at the local jams honey dressings oils and wines etc I left with a bottle of Balsamic vinegar which I am finding so addictive I could eat it with a spoon
Handy parking
Looking forward to dining here some evening
Thoroughly well run restaurant and a joy to eat in ,would highly recommend
Breakfast catch up with my friend, I usually order the porridge which is served with stewed apple and Greek yogurt, today it was served with stewed rhubarb and Greek yogurt. Totally yummy. I love the tea also as they use the loose tea leaves in a cute little tea pot. There is a great buzz in the restaurant. I totally recommend a visit
