The Butterrock is no doubt the light of Dunloe. Besides the quality of the food and drink, there is a lovely welcoming feeling when you step inside. Of all the 4 times I've been here I was warmly greeted before being shown to my table. The manager and/or owner always seems to be around to say hello and the service is quick, efficient and friendly with a cozy interior. The coffee and cakes are to die for with a huge selection of fresh main courses, seafood, lunch sandwiches and soup also on the menu. There definitely seems to be something for everyone on offer. I'd especially recommend their cupcakes and sandwiches, delish! The one thing they could improve are their salads which seemed a bit limp and lackluster. Hopefully they can freshen those up. Great for coffee, light lunch or a bigger lunch for couples or familys with kids. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing food, and the best squid I've ever eaten was served here. The staff are also amazing, so friendly and helpful! It's always a treat to come here, whether it's for a full meal or just a coffee.
