They serve lot of non vegetarian food specially lamb and chicken. They also have good vegetarian food daal and roti salad and desert
9 Euro for buffet is not bad deal
Not half bad, but there's a lot to do before Istanbel can pass itself off as quality. The food was perfectly adequate, portions were very good, and the staff weren't terrible.
The main shortcoming of this place is that it's genuinely expensive considering the food they have on offer. They're great for a bite to eat after a night out, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend them for a general dinner out. The biryanis and the meals are sufficient and taste very good, but they do tend to have a lingering taste that most fast food joints in Ireland do.
They're not authentic by any means, and they don't claim to be either. I'd probably still end up here after a good couple hours at a bar, considering I have the money to pay for it. Not too shabby!
Had a buffet dinner here, don't forget to ask the student offer its 9 euros for a hearty meal.
The counter is self service and the only service provided is for the naans. The seating could be better as its very unorganized and kind of all over the place. Also there is no table for more than 4 people to sit.
The food is good, the chicken gravies are delicious, i loved the green chicken gravy. Mutton curry is also tasty. I also tried the veg dishes and was pleasantly surprised. Saag and brinjal sabji were absolutely splendid. For desert, there was jelly custard which was also good

Place for biryani lovers and Indian style chicken. Well it's hard to find authentic Indian food in a foreign country, however, this place came to our rescue.
Well it's situated in the North Dublin very close to Arnott's in the city center near the Spire.
Their chicken Hyderabadi biryani is a must try. They also offer some good combos. However being an Indian it is advisable to ask them make your food spicy (for obvious reasons). Also if you are planning to have just single dish ita always advisable to carry cash (10€) should be good enough for a single person to have full meal.
4 stars for the amazing biryani! Both the taste and quantity was good. Biryani came covered with a thin layer of something like roti- good to eat.
Don't expect good ambiance, service, etc. It's more of a take away place but really really tasty biryani!
Prices are very nominal too and the quantity was very good. We were able to share a plate of egg biryani between two people.
I've visited this place quite a few times now, mostly for their amazing biryani. It really reminds me so much of home. The flavors are amazing and the quantity is perfect.
The only problem is that they take a long time to prepare the biryani so be ready to wait.! Their kebabs are also great.
And just a heads up.. please don't forget to carry cash. They don't accept cards.

The food quality is good in here. Had ordered chicken biriyani, and loved it totally. Whereas can improve more on the spices, but overall a good eating experience.
Cost wise, it's decent and not overrated.

I loved the food here! The prices are threat and the quantity is amazing too. It s so much that one person can barely Maange to eat. They do take a while to prepare the food but that's only because it's all so fresh and made right before the customers. I had the chicken biriyani and the salad here both were really delicious. This place did always so crowded at night very popular place. Their options on the menu are also really good. The staff is friendly as well. All around a good place. I felt the seating could have been a bit more comfortable and the bathrooms a bit cleaner.
Yesterday first time I visited this place. The place looked ok.. Menu looked OK.. But when I ordered the Vegitable biryani.. I feel it's the Best Vegitable Hyderabadi Biryani in Dublin!
Quick kebab or shishkebab? Ideal choice. You can either sit here or take away. Service ok. Price appropriate. Ambience better than the usual fast food :)
