One if the best places for good pub food and alcohol. They have a great variety of options in terms of food and serve the best burgers and chicken tikka masala. The ambience is amazing and the place has a great vibe to it.
The Smurfit student's quintessential hangout place. Cheap alcohol and cheap food. What else could one ask for?... Ummm. .. Some music maybe?
Always end up coming here even after going to other pube in Dublin.
Cheap alcohol, good food and really comfortable seating. If you're looking for a place with good music, I'd suggest you look for something else. However, if you're looking for a place to have a good conversation with your friends it is the best place to be. A little away from the city but very accessible from the bus stop and dart station.
Truthfully I know this place cause my college was in Balckrock and then this became a hang out spot for all of us.
Great prices but a rubbish vibe. I know it's "against company policy" but really a bit of not too loud music would be great.
The food is reasonably priced but it's not great.
The prices of the booze really make up for all of this places faults however, it's almost half what you'd pay anywhere else.
Also, i've never heard anyone call this place anything other then Wetherspoons, don't know what they were thinking with the name.
Lovely little spot for a cheap and cheerful bite to eat! A lot of choice on this menu- I've tried a couple of dishes but the chicken goujons with jack Daniels sauce is really nice! I got the goujons meal with chips and a drink of €7.95 so it's really good value!
Enjoyed a traditional breakfast here for just 4.95 including tea, free-refill-coffee or a soft drink, which is absolutely sensational value. The rumours that Wetherspoon's microwave all of their food were absolutely incorrect in this case, as all of the food was clearly freshly prepared. The breakfast consisted of a tasty sausage, piece of lean bacon, nicely-cooked tomato, Clonakilty black and white pudding (very good), fried egg, 2 hash browns, beans and a thick fresh piece of soda bread which was very very good in particular. The coffee, self-served from a dispenser at the bar was too watery, a little disappointing as Lavazza coffee is normally much better than that, but impossible to complain given the overall price.
My friend had the Large Traditional Breakfast, which had an extra egg, sausage, hash brown and bread, but he couldn't finish it - just as well, given that it is 1,574 calories (all meals have a calorie count on the menu, which is another great touch).
The place is stylish and spotless - a little soulless without music or volume on the TV, but it's a great place to go on a weekday for some peace and quiet. Ordering at the bar and remembering to note your table number takes a little bit of getting used to, but if it keeps prices down, then it's no problemo!
I have sampled their beers on other occasions, and at 2.50 a pint for a range of craft beers, the value there is stunningly good too.
Roll on the opening of some Wetherspoons pubs in the city centre - it will shake things up nicely!
Been here a few times. The food is great. The nachos to share are great value and the Jack Daniels burger is amazing! Not really any need to mention the price of beer. You know what you're getting at Spoons. The hand dryers are great at drying shirts too. I have the video to prove it.

I guess customer service and cheap drink cant go hand in hand but a great place to go creep on yuppies. The chicken wings would spice the mouth off ya
This is a fantastic establishment. Not only are their drink prices incredible value but so are their food prices. This simply cannot be beaten and with the dart line so close, there's no excuse not to visit and try for yourself. Thursday is curry night so its on special and well worth trying!
Great place to go for a few drinks! A bit reserved a first about a the Wetherspoons chain of pubs opening here, but when you go to the place, you cannot fault.
Excellent choice of difficult types of beers. Great deals on the food, however, sometimes the food does taste a bit reheated. But with €2.50 pints, you can't really complain, and they definitely serve up better grub then local pubs in the area.
Recommend for cheap eats and drinks.
