If your looking for a good carvery (especially on a hungover Sunday) and your in the area I can't recommend the autobahn enough! The child's portion is nearly as big as the adults I struggle to finish it. They have several types of meats and all the trimmings, I love their gravy too.
The Autobahn Roadhouse pub is quite lsrge, has different areas and many things to offer. It seems to never be empty, weekdays are also crowned. They offer the basic drink options.
Food is good, but there is only one meat free meal. Still, The ricotta and spinach tortellini are quite tasty!
It's a good spot for a drink or two after work or uni.
Went to this place the second day after reaching Dublin. As this place is closer to my university just thought of giving it a try. The ambiance of this place is awesome. People can sit and chat in this place of a long time.
We ordered lot of veg and non veg varieties. The club sandwich was my favorite. We really had a great time over here. Recommended to all.
Have tried both the carvery and evening menu and I can't fault the food here at all.
Premises is spotless, toilets are clean and there is a nice smoking area.
Most of the staff are friendly but it loses a point for some of their staff who clearly don't want to be there.
I am not a huge fan of carvery's in general but I have to say, the Autobhan has got one of the best carvery's in Dublin. The meat is always cooked to perfection and you can ask the chefs for exactly what you want. The chefs are always lovely!
The evening menu is also really good here. The portions are HUGE so definitely go hungry. I've tried the stir-fry, wings, and the fish & chips. All were as equally tasty. It's definitely a nice pub grub place to go on a Sunday! See you soon Autobhan 👌🏼👋🏼
Have only had carvery here but have done so on several occasions. Everything you'd expect from a carvery, hits the spot on a Sunday afternoon and is tasty.
