Popped in here for a take away salad. You get the option of four salads. The sweet potato salad was my favorite. I wouldn't get the beetroot salad again I found it a bit bland. The humus dressing was chilli and lemon which was very good.
Such a nice friendly store, the food is so fresh and the guilt free sweets are to die for. I got a chicken salad and it was delicious. The salads are so bright and colourful. Definitely recommend the raw sweet potato with coconut & a snickers slice
Really great spot, it's a pity it's a little off the beaten track and kinda hidden away in ranelagh, but defo worth the extra hassle in getting there. Staff were really friendly, great atmosphere, I got the pancakes and a strawberry smoothie which I must reluctantly admit were delicious, will defo be back and spreading the good word
A nice healthy spot in Ranelagh if you're trying to be good. They've a good range of salad options, juices and smoothies and a selection of healthy treats. Slightly overpriced but a nice healthy option to have every now and again
Urban Health is the perfect place for someone who is interested in eating healthily. The lunch menu looks really good, and they sell other health food items.
I only tried the coffee and banana cake this time. Both were really nice, and it was lovely to sit outside Urban Health and enjoy my snack.
Ranelagh was really missing a place like this, filled with healthy interesting food its ideal for lunch. Very friendly staff who really seem to know their stuff. I got a seaweed wrap but I'll have to give their protein balls a go next time
Great Spot. The salads are good a tasty but a bit expensive (6.95 for a take away salad +2 euros to add salmon or turkey). I didn't try the coffee ????so I'll plan to visit it again for it
