I live just beside the pub and it literally has one of the best food and drinks in Dublin. I just love the burger, fish and chip and chicken wings. All of my favorites. ���� Would recommend everyone to try out it and see for yourself.
Great environment and food. For people who are looking for good food in Dublin, this is the place. The owners are really welcoming and the service is great. Irishtown also is a beautiful location. I recommend it for the day.
Will is the proprietor/owner, and Alan is the Bartender. I never meet the Cooks, but they are certainly gifted in cuisine!!
This Pub-&-Restaurant is 2 hundred years old in the community. Will purchased it, gutted it, re-decorated and furnished it, and opened it up this past February, with its new name: The Merry Cobbler.
I've eaten there the past two evenings, & hope to one more evening, before I rendezvous with some friends, coming over from America, for a few days, when we rent a car and travel across different parts of Ireland.
This particular pub and restaurant is located in
Ringsend/Irishtown, in northern Dublin. Love the atmosphere, the floor plan and how it's laid out, and the excellent food, and I respect and delight in the management.
