Loved Sole! The setting is amazing, incredible architecture, wonderful ambience and the staff were all fab. I was a little worried about going to a seafood and steak restaurant being a vegetarian but I had the most amazing food. I had the pear and beet salad with a walnut dressing, to begin, which was nothing like anything I had ever had before and then the chilli and wild garlic pasta as my main which was a combination of wholemeal and a spinach pasta with spinach, asparagus chilli and wild garlic. It was so gorgeous and amazingly light for a pasta option! For dessert, I can not encourage you to get the passion ball more. If you love passion fruit this is the dessert of dreams. I also love the fact they have clearly put thought into their dessert menu and most of the options were suitable for vegetarians! Will definitely be back again.
My belated Mother’s Day celebration was such a treat, champagne and oysters followed by king crab and a glass of P Montrachet, a beautifully cooked piece of halibut and a stunning glass of st esteph, amazing flavours and presentation, proper kids menu they loved the mussels and fresh sole goujons, chocolate delice and passion fruit ball finished off the evening perfectly, service was professional and friendly we can’t wait to come back for cocktails!
