We have had food&berevages here quite a lot and always find the staff are fabulous" so for new year's eve we booked as there was a tribute band on the night.what a place rooms spotless'spacious'food brilliant great menu as usual"late breakfast"worth waiting for' highly recommend it " without a doubt staff make this place.we wish all luck and a happy new year.

Celebrated my mums birthday Friday 11th November - Manager Brendan was fantastic, organising and ensuring the evening ran smoothly cwe had a sit down 3 course meal for 39 which was out of this world - service was excellent. Sebastine was a pleasure. The manager Brendan who was off even called in to check everything was ok which was a lovely gesture .If you are looking to book a party this is the place to go top class service top class food and top class staff .My husband stayed over and rated the room and breakfast as brilliant Thank you Arches we will definitely be back. Can't praise The Arches enough. Stayed there last night, the place is spotless, comfortable and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Having eaten there in the past on numerous occasions I would highly recommend The Arches for thier excellence in all aspects of looking after their customers. Will definitely be back again ��
