A beautiful meal, relaxed surroundings and lovely staff. The mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, pesto with watermelon topped with oven dried baby tomato with a sliver of sweet garlic, was a great way to start the meal. The other starter was quail, rapped in cabbage and stunning pastry it was so comforting. We continued with a gorgeous turbot and duck.

Last nights meal in Canteen was one of the best we’ve ever had. The restaurant was full but this didn’t phase the Canteen team at all. They were attentive and on the ball at all times. Loved the Spanish wine it is now my new favourite. The food was art! In season and fresh. Cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. I just can’t wait to go back. Thanks to everyone in Canteen. We really enjoyed our evening.
