I became a regular client because i just love their coffee and healthy cakes. Staff Members are lovely and very friendly. I really recommend this place, also the place inside has a nice decoration and , confie and warm.

This little hidden gem right beside Phoenix Park is a must to visit!! Especially after a good run in the park. Healthy brunches & lunches all fresh, I'm sure they do evening service but haven't tried yet. The atmosphere is chilled relaxed and country kitchen feel to it. The staff and owners are so lovely... always a pleasure visiting, chilling meeting friends or with the hubby!! 5� Love it x

Good but didn't live up to the hype. There were some very good qualities and some not so much. I'll definitely be back but was disappointed in the quality of the wrap it was really small. My friend had pancakes and was disappointed with them. The highlight for me was the raw cheesecake which was out of this world honestly nicer than a lot of regular cheesecakes. The place is cutely decorated and would be ideal after a walk in Phoenix park or for tea and cake!

I love Lo cal. When I'm off at weekends I love going here after a gym session or a walk in the Phoenix park. They make healthy food taste as good as any fast food around, I'd particularly recommend the pancakes I love them!

My local spot for a healthy meal followed by a walk and natter with friends in the Phoenix park. I ordered the wholemeal buttermilk pancakes and a green juice (€3.95). The pancakes were €6.95 and 312 calories so won't break either the piggy or calorie bank. One of the few places that displays calories which is great for anyone macro counting or watching their calorie intake. Really cute atmosphere and chirpy staff

Great spot located right beside the Phionex Park (and handy enough right next to my house!)
Its healthy and fresh theme is great when your struggling on a diet but want to be sociable and eat out!
The kitchen is open and you can see all happening! Ive been for breakfast - lunch - and dinner, and the food cant be flawed.
The teapots and furniture are vintage themed, and the inside is lovely and homely.
Only downside; the food is quite slow as the kitchen is very small and some items can be quite expensive.
However, its a great spot of your looking for food after a walk in the park on a sunday afternoon!
A must go to for all those health conscious!

I have to give 5 stars in this case! Myself and my 2 friends popped in after a lovely walk in the pheonix park, it was our first time in low cal kitchen and we had a wonderful experience! The decor striked us first, we loved the dainty tea cups and sayings on the wall and the cute tableware, such a cute spot for a girly lunch! The menu has lots of variety and we found ourselves wanting to try everything and have already planned our next visit! I had a gorgeous smoothie and beef & avacado wrap which tasted amazing! The staff were really friendy also which topped our first experience in low cal kitchen. Gem of a cafe and cannot wait to visit

Have been here for a takeout coffee before and has always been very busy. Today I had the beef and bean wrap and my girlfriend had the creamy avocado and white bean wrap. Both were really tasty and well prepared. It's a lovely cafe and the couches in the corner look really comfy. Would recommend popping in if in the area or out for a walk in the phoenix park

One of my favorite places to go now! The food is incredible and so so healthy! If your sticking to a strict healthy diet but still want to go out with friends for food, here is the place to go - totally guilt free! 😍 even there sweet treats are healthy!

Really quirky little cafe out in castleknock, gorgeous healthy food and smoothies and really nice decor and pleasent staff, I would definitely revisit here and recommend others to come here too!
