We came across this little gem in Cashel and decided to try it out. I'm glad we did as it was one of the best meals we have had out in a long time. We both had Chicken liver Pate to start and then I had Fillet Steak to follow which was perfectly cooked and so soft it fell apart in my mouth. My other half had the Plaice which she throughly enjoyed. To finish the meal off we shared a selection of small deserts.
After a few G&T's in the bar before hand we moved on to the wine list which is well worth a browse, we picked a French red with the help of Barry.
It was a wonderful experience and the staff were very friendly and happy to assist. They have an open kitchen and we could see the chefs working away which was great.
Pictures from many of the memorable sporting events across the year's can be seen hanged up on the walls, look out for them.
We will definitely be back to work our way through the menu! We would recommend this place to everyone.
We have fallen in love with this spot. I always liked bringing friends to this pub, but since the renovation, we are there most weekends. The bar food is out of this world NOM! We always get the Chip Butty and the Cashel Blue cheese rarebit and share them with some pints in the snug. Worth a mention are the veggie crisps & triple cooked chips too ( for pintage nibbles). We have also dined in their restaurant and it is so tasty. The staff are superb too! They have gone above the duty of service in how they have recommended from the menu, remembered our fav tibbles and for their general warmth and friendliness. Also, weak that they have a frenchie like ours
