I live "next door" in Westend Village. I go there often, I don´t stay long, but I am a regular. Good atmosphere, very friendly and profesional staff. No waiting, immediate service. In my opinion its a very good place to go.

I'm from the UK so I am used to the wetherspoon experience. I was so excited when I found this place over here. I love the food and it's offers! As I am also a vegetarian its nice to have a vegetarian menu which I enjoy. I always come here with the family and it's a nice place to visit with a teenager. On price you can't go wrong as some meals inc a drink. The only downfall is that there is not one of these pubs in Offaly as I think it is a great place to meet up with friends and take family to when they visit me. I just wonder if the other eating places will now look at their prices and start to come down.

Always come here for a bit of food after shopping in the centre! It's cheap and cheerful so you can't go wrong..
I usually go for the superfood pasta as it is a great option if you're doing slimming world or the baked potato and tuna! The portions are big enough and are good value for money :) it's only €8.75 for food and a glass of wine! You can't go wrong!
It has a really cosy and relaxed vibe to the place and the decor is really nice. It's definitely a place I'd go back too! :)

You get what you pay for here. Cheap food which is grand but by no means gourmet! Portions are small enough in size but enough if you're not starving. Drinks are included with the price and if you're still thirsty you can get a pint for 3.50. You wouldn't get cheaper than that in anywhere in dub! It's beautifully decorated and look forward to going back when the weather is cold as it's got a really cosy feel to it! Oh an dc the toilets are probably the nicest I've seen!

I'd been to the Wetherspoons in Blackrock and Dun Laighoire before so I had an idea of what to expect from The Great Wood. I had the Mexican chicken burger for lunch here. Amazing value for money. The chicken was a bit rubbery but being as hungry as I was it didn't last very long. Great atmosphere, great staff, great prices, why can't it be closed to the city centre?.. The Camden St. Wetherspoons can't open quick enough.

My first Wetherspoons experience... and hopefully it won't be my last! My friend and I ate lunch here recently while shopping in Blanch. The menu has so much to offer at unbelievable prices. The drinks offers are also worth checking out. I had a roast chicken meal and while the portion was a bit small, it was perfect for lunch. Expect what you pay for! The lack of table service will suit students and I can see why Wetherspoons are becoming increasingly popular. They have great specials that will suit families too.
