I just visited this hidden gem for the first time, and there's literally nothing that I could criticize! The place is small and cozy with extremely friendly staff. The staff started off by serving a free taster of all their curries so I could make up my mind, and I didn't even ask for it! Needless to say, all the curries were fantastic. Prices are very reasonable and the food is probably the best Indian food I've ever had in Dublin. A nice generous portion of butter chicken with rice was 7.50eur! All in all, if you haven't gone there yet then you better get your act together and go there asap because you're missing out!
Some of the best Indian food you'll taste is hidden away in a little market! Outstanding value for top quality food. The menu changes every day and doesn't revolve around the westernised Indian dishes in most restaurants and take aways.....it's the real deal! Ask Thomas and he'll explain the origin of each dish. He'll give you a sample of each too, so you can decide.
I've taken a friend visiting from India who was very impressed and another friend who "doesn't like Indian food".....he's a regular now!
I can't recommend 3 Leaves enough. A simple, honest, friendly approach to serving excellent food.
Absolutely delicious meal, scallops to start and the tasting menu. Fantastic to get Indian food that is different to the standard issue "takeaway Indian" you get elsewhere. It is so impressive that they change the menu daily. They are really delivering amazing food coupled with unbelievable service and friendliness. 100% recommend 3 leaves to lovers of Indian food
