The real food for fitness range is the best anywhere hands down. They care so much about their customers and the staff are so friendly. Always go in here for my lunch and it never fails to amaze me. Couldn't recommend them more.

The range of gluten free options is just fantastic in all your stores.. Thank you so much O'Crualaois! My 7 year old daughter&I were diagnosed as coeliacs this year & to have so many options available is making the transition to our new diet so much easier. The top class service we get from all your staff is definately the added bonus!

I have been purchasing the real food for fitness meat from o'crualaoi for awhile now and am beyond impressed! Each item has an exact macro break down for those on competition prep or who track macros religiously! Even tho these meats are super low fat and healthy they don't compromise on flavour either! 10/10 would recommend!! My favourite??? Deffo the turkey sausages!!! I would eat those for every meal if I could! Lucky they're a great price! Lol
