A gem sitting in the heart of the beautiful village of Adare. As a local it was a pleasure to experience 1826, you never truly appreciate what is at your own front door. The food was superb, your tastebuds would come alive with the delicious food that is on offer. The ambiance within the cottage makes you feel at home. The staff are so friendly and attentive they make your experience worthwhile. Wade and Elaine have done a fantastic job and I wish them continuous success. I would highly recommend you experience this for yourself. I will definitely be back as I truly never experienced such beautiful food.
