The portions were unbelievable. Real value for money. I wasn't very hungry so had the fishcake starters (2). It was so delicious and plentiful. I was more than satisfied with the portions and flavours and only €6.50. My daughter had the Tagliatelle with chicken and mushroom. I can only describe it as mouthwatering. There was so much on the plate that we had to secure a take away tub to bring the rest home for later. Absolutely devine. My younger daughter went for the ribsteak on the stone. She never uttered a word from presentation to demolishing the whole lot. Beautifully presented and again, ample portion and sides to please. My little grandson had his baby plate with sausage, mash, beans and gravy on the side. It was the first time he ate the whole lot. I think it had a lot to do with presentation but he was well impressed and it was only €5 including a dessert. All in all, our day in the Mill this week was a day to remember and we will certainly be going back there again. The staff were also very courteous and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

The Old Mill is a great place to have a drink on any night but especially the weekends, they cater for all ages and the music is brilliant. It's also a great place for any function from Christenings, Communions, Confirmations, 21st's, 30th's, 40th's etc, Funerals, Engagement Parties, Leaving Parties basically any type of party or function you want. The staff are very welcoming and adhere to anything you want or need obviously within reason. Ha ha. To top it off they have amazing food for all your occasions and a carvery aswell. Really it's for everybody of any age and a great spot to socialize. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
Just had a lovely meal, don’t normally write reviews but the herb crusted salmon has to have been the best ever, compliments to the chef �
I was at a few recent gigs in the mill and just recently Aslan. All I can say is a huge well done to all the staff and especially the Management (Brian) he knows his stuff and had the place running very smoothly the only place you never have to wait long to get served even for the size of the place well done everyone it was a brilliant night...
Had a beautiful family meal here this evening which I won in a recent competition that the mill was running, would highly recommend to anyone, the staff and management were 100% and I will definitely be back here with my family everything was perfect

Myself and 2 friends were their saturday 2nd Dec. Chloe was our server for the night . She was fantastic and very professional.

Home visit from Australia, family and I had a brilliant night on 12.8.17 . Rock of ages provided excellent entertainment and the atmosphere was great . The service was very efficient never had to wait for a drink . Great memories to take back to oz . Highly recommend this venue .. Thank you
