What can I say? I had never eaten in McHughs in Raheny but always heard that it had a very good reputation so I was expecting great things in Portmarnock . So i was absolutely disappointed .... only joking when the food was superb and we had a great night . I had the chicken wings to start followed by the best Rib eye I ever remember eating ! My wife had the Fish and it was really fresh and tasty and the home made chips were Fab ! The staff and ambience are great and its a great addition to Portmarnock .
And at the end of the night even the bill didn't spoil the evening ! Gets 5 stars from me and cant wait to go back ! 110/ 100! Couldn't recommend it highly enough... if you dont try it you wont know what you are missing !

Highly recommend the wings and the brownie and the sticky toffee pudding.

Really super meal in McHughs Portmarnock last night, highly recommend as food was delicious but even more than that the staff literally could not do enough for us and our crazy kids! Already looking forward to going back!
Delighted that Portmarnock finally has a proper standalone restaurant. Ate here last night and I can't recommend it enough. The food was fabulous, the staff were very attentive and friendly and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful evening and we'll definitely be back often

Gorgeous lunch in McHugh's yesterday, great value, lovely to have somewhere in Portmarnock to have a nice meal and a glass of wine! Will definitely be back! Would highly recommend it!
Really enjoyed our new yrs eve dinner out as a family.the food service and wine was brilliant! Lovely menu for kids and one of mine even went for a 2nd desert so the brownie went down very well!!�.wishing u all the best in ur new business...
Superb food, good variety on the menu, helpful staff who answered all dietary questions with patience and modern but friendly atmosphere. We will be back certainly.

Went there Wednesday evening with a group of 9 girlfriends for our Christmas night out .
