We had the best dinner after work on Friday night, everything was delicious. I don’t think I could pick what was my favourite. We had three starters, mains and desserts and every dish was perfect even for us picky eaters.
The decor is fab, really nice relaxed atmosphere. Service was great Becky looked after us and answered all the wine related questions we had ��� all in all a great experience, well worth the 5 � will definitely be back.
We visited the Market Kitchen last Thursday night and all 3 of us agreed that we had a fantastic meal, to start with we had a Goats Cheese Salad and the pork belly, both of which were delicious, although top marks goes to the Scallop dish. Unusually, two of us went for the veggie option and had a beautiful ravioli, the other dish was the chicken and it too was really good. I'd go back just for the truffle chips alone. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly. It is by far a step above what else is on offer at the moment in Newbridge. We will definitely be back. The restaurant was a bit quiet (I know they have only recently opened for dinner) so I hope more local people support them, they won't be disappointed.
Definitely raising the bar for great quality food in Newbridge . I had a large breakfast which was delicious I was very impressed with the homemade beans . My wife had baked free range eggs with chorizo . Very impressed . Coffee was also great . And my son certainly didn't complain about the homemade fruit scone . Would definitely recommend for breakfast . Will be back to try the lunch menu .
My partner & I came here yesterday for lunch/dinner. Tbh this place is amazing!!! Thai green curry (vegetable) was honestly the nicest we have ever tasted. I had a tomato based pasta which was beautiful (the only down fall is I felt there was a lot of olive oil). The waitress was very nice & helpful. This is our new favourite spot in newbridge.. I would like to see a few more healthy options on the menu as I felt I didn’t have a lot to choose From. The interior is beautiful & overall we had a lovely dinner.
Just had our first visit to market kitchen cafe in newbridge. Arrived 1.30 . Lovely simple menu with lots to choose from. I had a toasted club sandwich in sour dough bread. Amazing , and fresh mixed salad leaves on the side with pickled radishes,my partner had (at her request) a toasted cheese and tomato calzone ,perfectly baked and presented. Well worth a visit. Well done.
Had the most amazing eggs benedict this morning, can honestly say it was the best eggs benedict I have ever had. I will be back!
Myself and a friend called for dinner last week as we heard of your new dinner menu. The food was fantastic, presentation was first class and steak was perfect. The chef took time to chat with us, love the funky feel.
I work in a very busy place and have recommended The Market Kitchen to everyone.
