can't recommend this cafe enough, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and fast service, well worth a visit, plus the portions are amazing, thank you for lunch today, 2 very full & satisfied customers leaving
Can't get enough of the potato skins, seriously the best I've had, all the food is great and relaxed atmosphere to go with it.Staff are very friendly. Fully recommend this place if you want a good breakfast or lunch or just cake and coffee. Give it ago, but be warned!! Once you try you will be back.. A lot

Had lunch here today, had turkey & mushroom vol au vent which was the lunch special, served with homemade chips and salad, absolutely gorgeous and great value at 8.95, staff very friendly and accommodating, very child friendly, would highly recommend.
Brilliant friendly cafe. A great menu and big portions, homemade chips. It's family based and very friendly and efficient service. The girls are so friendly and welcoming. Highly reccomend, has to be the best in Mullingar. Enjoy my coffee everyday.

Without doubt the only place in Mullingar to eat. The food is exceptional and the staff are so friendly. It's a home from home. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Went for dinner today in Ilia Cafe Mullingar, the staff were so friendly, great choice on the menu & the food was absolutely gorgeous!! Would highly recommend this lovely place to everyone!!

We randomly ate here today and were delightfully satisfied. We were on the M4 heading to Mayo and pulled into Mulligar for lunch... drove through town until we found a place to park... walked to a few places and read the menus...a server was writing soup of the day on the chalk sign outside Ilia: creamy sweet potato. It sounded delicious and theRe was a cute table for two in the window so we went in. The soup and brown bread was yummy indeed! My hubby had the ham, cheese, tomato toasted sandwich and I wish I ordered one, too, because it was really good! But we also ordered scone, banoffe, and cappucinos, all very good. So we we plenty stuffed. The price was great value and the service was lovely. We'll stop in again if we're ever out this way. Recommend you do too!
