We eat here usually when we are in Killarney. Cosy setting, tasty food & always a good buzz. Lovely staff also... especially Sheila, she is so friendly & welcoming. She always remembers us too which is nice. I would highly recommend this establishment��

I would like to thank Jeremy and Valerie for the fabulous reception we got Saturday for my sister Amanda's Hen. The food was georgous and the staff couldn't do enough for us. It was totally unexpected we won't forget it thank ye so much xx

We are two Australian's currently staying in this wonderful hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful and courteous, the cooked breakfast the best I have ever experienced and the entertainment in the bar room of the hotel last evening so very enjoyable. The room we have is spotless, and I recommend this lovely hotel to all!
Arrived unannounced and were offered a very comfortable, spacious room. After wandering the town we decided to dine in the restaurant where we thoroughly enjoyed the food - oysters and mussels strongly recommended. Good atmosphere, great craic and live music in the downstairs bar finished of an awesome evening!
Great hotel. We love it... go down at least once a year... staff are so friendly... in a great spot aswell in the town in walking distance of everything . Great entertainment at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people travelling to Killarney ��
We stayed in the failte hotel for a hen at the weekend. It was a perfect location right in the town centre within walking distance to everywhere and so it was very handy. The owners were very accomodating and friendly and contacted the boat tour to make sure they looked after us. They were also very accomodating for the late risers on sunday morning giving them breakfast well past the stated breakfast hours.
I would definately stay here again with a group of friends for a trip to killarney. Thank you.
Fab place, great food, comfy rooms, but best of all is the wonderful friendly staff who can't do enough for us, and the owner Eileen O Callaghan and family we" thank you" for making all our stays special like a home away from home. Eileen and Dan.
We had a ball here last night music was great and the staff were all so lovely couldn't do enough for myself and my friends .we will definately b back here next time we're up�
