Excellent food served in a lovely space. The wine list is well populated with quality and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A good craft beer selection and a better than average gin menu. The Dew Drop is worth making a detour to visit. Restaurant quality food but with better value for money. I've recommended here to a friend of mine who is working at the top end of the industry and he loved it. I love it too.
Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was crazy busy, myself and my 5 year had a main and dessert. Couldn’t believe how well the staff coped they were rushed off their feet and still gave incredible service, the food was amazing, flavours were delicious and the parsley sauce was the best I’d ever tasted, I’d recommend the chocolate mousse dessert to any chocolate lover.
Even we didn't book a table, received warm welcome. Ordered soup of the day with lovely bread and fish for main. I got mouth watering dish with chili baby potatoes on a side and a glass of my favourite beer on tap. Lovely atmosphere, great staff, fireplace in a background. Will definitely come back.
We have been eating here for the past 8 years. Fantastic food, great service with exceptionally friendly staff. Last visit was for my wife's birthday and the steak was beautiful.
Great atmosphere in the pub for a few pints and a game of darts or pool. Would highly recommend.

We had our son Eathan’s christening meal there yesterday and everyone that was at it commented yesterday & today on how good the food and service was. i ordered a steak at 5.13pm.....and at 9.46pm they gave me a bowl of spider webs, covered in nettles, complete with a line of barbed wire and a pint of gravel......best meal i've had in years....but only because the owner, ronanksi (the russian guy with the way too friendly smile) looks like a human/dinosaur hybrid......i cannot wait to go there again....i hope they give me back my socks.
Was there last nite for my husbands 60th birthday absolutly fabolous food and staff were brilliant highly reccomend this place fine dining at it finest well done Dew Drop Gastropub
Fantastic food and drink on every visit along with great staff especially a tall broad barman, name is possibly Niall, always courteous and charming. He has a tremendous presence behind the bar and pulls a magnificent pint of Guinness.

If i could give it 10 stars you would deserve it, food and service was outstanding, we were a party of 12 and all the food was served at the same time so nobody was waiting, I had the roast onion soup which was amazing, and the beef medallions were stunning and melted in your mouth. Will definately visit next time im in Ireland, congratulations to you all
