Great spot for food, great 3fe coffee and very friendly staff.
Affordable also and they use quality products in there smooties and protein pancakes.
The porridge is tops 'Claires is the best'�
For a start up business they have and are still doing very well.
The hard work the lads have done in setting this up just under 2 years is a credit to them.
Just back from The Grind.....the place looks amazing, super menu and great service from a great bunch of lads. The protein pancakes were recommended to me and they didn't disappoint and the coffee was top class. I'll be back to work my way through the menu. 10/10
One more worthy coffee place on Dublin Co map! Serving 3fe and nice choice of food. All is made on a spot. Fresh and tasty. Guys own a gym as well so healthy food idea goes through the menu: protein, paleo...you'll like it!

Eventually got to the Grind after hearing great things and I wasn't let down!!! Busy environment but a fast, professional, friendly service... Pancakes where amazing and their coffee is a worthy winner of best in Dublin!! Definitely go more regularly now!!

Firstly the pancakes are amazing loads of choice of toppings and sauces.. From natural yogurt to strawberries to dark/Milk or white chocolate bits.
I got the energize shake which if i could i would get every single day it tastes that good..
