the best coffe I have ever drink in Ireland.
Small place but nice!! Highly recommend, if you are visiting howth you can't miss it
Just at the new café in portmarnock ! It's so cosy and warm that you may never want to leave ! And it's true they do make the best coffee in Dublin ! Very friendly staff good atmosphere always. Great place to just go for coffee or have a healthy smoothie or even a quick lunch ! The mixture of Australian and Italian cooking and cuisine makes its different and unique. A must place to go visit in my book.
Best coffee, Best staff. Nice place And beautiful waitress I love u soo much
Best breakfast around and very warm and friendly staff.Coffey is amazing and for me is a must visit..couldn't recommend highly enough
Popped in today with my Mam, just for a cuppa but the panini menu looked so tempting we ended up sharing a Geelong - it was delicious! Fresh fillings with a perfect balance of each to bread. Can't wait to try your coffee another time, though next time we'll be leaving the car behind to have a glass of vino or two!...
Il panorama cafe is cosy, friendly place with pleasant staff and great tasting coffee&panninis.Only called in yesterday first time although on our doorstep but will be back to taste the pizzas :)
Il panorama je utulna a priatelska kaviarnicka s prijemnym personalom a skvelymi pannini a kavickou! Urcite odporucam!
Sitting outside this place right now. I love my coffee and I especially love the coffee from here. One of the best around. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Lovely place great staff good menu gorgeous coffee I'll be back
Il Panorama- my favourite coffee shop ever! Best coffee I've tasted - great buzz, friendly staff, what more could you ask for
Best place to stop in howth for a coffe
Great little spot - love coming here for a glass of wine, summer or winter and the pizzas are fab, 🍷🍕
Consistency. I have been here many times over the years. The food is always the same quality as is the coffee. The staff are always busy and attentive. The cafe is always busy. I recommend "The Perth". Good for relaxed bites in the evening with some wine.
I often go to il panorama it's such a nice cafe and the staff are so so friendly. The pizza they make there is made in a wood fired oven so it's amazing and crispy, I usually get parma ham and rocket! You can't go wrong with that! The smoothies there are also amazing, I would recommend a sweet strawberry!
There is quite literally nothing bad that can be said about this place. It isn't fine dining, it's not Michelin star, but it's easily my favourite spot in Dublin, you're in a tiny Italian cafe when sitting inside and a seaside cafe in Wexford when you're sitting outside. Great wine, amazing service, great simple food and an endless stream of people you've never met to talk too for the evening. What else do you need!
Excellent spot for a glass of quality wine in the evening sunshine. Warm and friendly atmosphere; the cafe is run by genuinely lovely staff, very accommodating. The ciabattas and paninis are also great; beautifully fresh ingredients used, and recipes that are a little bit different and therefore a refreshing change from the usual sambo. Great coffee, great music and craic to be had!
I adore this little cafe! So this cafe is situated right across from the pier in howth with a beautiful view! The food is simple but tasty, they do thin base pizzas or cheeseboards or chiabatta sandwiches! I had the cheese board one time and it was very tasty coming with warm bread, I have had the sandwiches a few times and they are fresh and tasty too👌 its a perfect spot just to pop in for a coffee, glass of wine or some lunch after a walk on the pier. The place is very very small though with about 5 stools at the window where there is a hightop table and about 5 around the table by the barista and coffee machine. I would not go between 12:30 and 2pm here as you wont get a seat but around 11am or 3pm is perfect!
Favourite restaurant in Howth. Regularly come her with my family and/or boyfriend for coffee, lunch, dinner or drink and each time you feel like your at home with friends. Very small space but very cosy. Great place to meet new people! The staff love to have a chat and regularly will create conversations with numerous tables. The food is out of this world as well and all extremely reasonably priced.
This is such a cute cafe in Howth . Went here yesterday for lunch and sat outside on the benches was lovely . The place was jam packed but the staff were very attentive . I got the spicy salami pannini and my sister got the turkey and lettuce one . We also ordered the lean green smoothies which were so good . Will definitely be back .
Lovely spot. It reminds of Amalfi coast cafes, lots of fresh pastries, fresh deli and lovely sfaff.
Great selection of paninis. You can seat outside and enjoy the view and even feed some birds.
Fab place in Howth to sit and have pizza on a warm evening! Got a turkey and tomato pizza which was so good. The thin base is perfect and so so tasty. They do lovely wine here too. Would definitely recommend to go here on a nice evening in Howth. The staff are very friendly too which is always a plus. Will definitely go back.
Lovely spot in Howth. Always buzzing full of people. Very friendly staff! Delicious pizzas, perfect size perfect taste! I would recommend for a nice bite to eat with a glass of wine, looking at the sunset. Delightful! Watch out for the birds though, they do come very close to you when your trying to eat!
Lovely cafe over looking Howth harbour with an Italian feel to it. The best time to go is in the summer as you can sit outside in the evenings. Its always quite busy the wraps and the coffee are fantastic and the staff are all very friendly to customers!

I’m about to let you all in on a secret – the absolute BEST pizza I’ve tasted outside of Rome. In a way I want to keep it all to myself but that would just be mean :-)
Il Panorama is on the Harbour Road in Howth and pretty small so you could have passed it and missed it. On our last visit we spent the evening outside on a bench sipping prosecco in the sunshine and vowed to go back for food.
Inside we were blessed to get a set at the ledge looking out onto the road. We counted seating space and you’d only fit about 14 people seated but that didn’t deter anyone as there were plenty of people piled in by the end of the evening! They have a small deli counter where you can buy some sweet treats or paninis to take away.
Then there’s the bar area and another small ledge where you can buy some lovely jars of sauces and the likes of Tim Tams!
So onto the food and drink! This place has got to be the best value in Howth. Glasses of Prosecco are €5.50 and glasses of wine just €4.90. As I’m used to going out in town and paying plenty more than that I was delighted and took advantage of this by have a fair few red wines :-)
My day’s eating basically consisted of bread, cheese and wine on this day – and that is NOT a bad thing! We decided on the Bruschetta al pomodoro to share as our starter (saving room for pizza!). The portion was very generous and with some fabulous balsamic drizzled over it, it was beautiful!
So now the best part – the pizza! All the pizzas were about €9. I chose the Sarda – mozzarella, salami, mushroom and artichoke, but left the artichoke off as I’m not a fan.
E made up his own pizza with salami, ham and pineapple – no cheese for the weirdo cheese hater!
The pizzas came out steaming hot and smelled AMAZING!
The base was super thin, none of the doughy American style bases here.
The toppings were so tasty and while I’m a greedy cow and would always eat more, there was just the right amount on each. We both devoured the full pizza and said over and over again how good they were.
After a little bit of a break we decided to go for dessert. I was in serious cheese mode but knew I couldn’t manage a full cheese board myself so asked the waiter if they’d make me up a small one with some crackers. Crackers were a no no but the rest he said was not a problem and he’d bring some bread.
So I expected a small amount of cheese and couple of slices of a baguette but got a small plate piled high with beautiful fresh creamy cheeses and a basket of hot bread straight from the Panini press. It was DEVINE. So after bread for starter and a full pizza I now had a basket of bread and plate of cheese to myself for dessert! I managed most of it but did leave a few little chunks of cheese – not the chilly cheese though, that was my favourite!
E went for the carrot cake and a cappuccino and didn’t have a single complaint. The all important icing on the carrot cake got the thumbs up!
We stayed in the café for another while having a drink and watching the sun go down.
Our total bill for 4 glasses of wine, 2 soft drinks, 1 starter, 2 pizzas, my cheese and bread and carrot cake and cappuccino came to €65 – without a doubt the best value and most fabulous pizza…. I can’t wait to go back and if you are in the area you should definitely try it!
