We've been coming here for years. And my wife Cathy always wants to come to her favorite pub in Dublin on her birthday. Today was no exception and we were once again well served and taken care of by all of the staff. Thank you Simon and the staff for always going out of your way to make customers feel that extra special! And thank you for a great day. Will always come back. Would highly recommend this place.
I love this pub, the food is consistently good but it's most wonderful charm are its staff. The views from upstairs are a treat and in winter the fire is cosy. Ultimately the warmth and welcome of the gang inside makes it a home from home for all. They are the best!
We thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs restaurant/pub. Great view of the harbor! Had the garlic seafood dish with garlic toast. It was delicious! The prices were reasonable. Thanks for capping off our visit to Howth!

Four of us had a few drinks and a bite to eat in bar yesterday, very good food and drinks all served by very informative and friendly staff,will deffintly be back.

Friendly place with great beer and service. The fish and Seafood Chowder was some of the best I have had anywhere.

It was Easter Sunday we had been to cinema Decided in drive out to Howth for something to eat Decided on O'Connells Lovely place Food was lovely We were served by lovely girl Called Asha From Poland Really nice Only downfall is smell in Ladies Toilets Even though candle was lit it was still pretty bad But would return �

Went to O'Connells on Sunday afternoon where I enjoyed the jamming musicians, the football afterwards and the food. I visit Dublin from Glasgow on a regular basis and always try to drop in to O'Connells as I find it very welcoming. The ambiance is great the staff are lovely and the food delicious.
The best pub in Howth by very very far. The amazing staff makes everyone feel welcome, locals and tourists alike. Make sure to try their wings, they are outstanding. If your on and about in howth make sure to stop by.
Had a fabulous lunch there yesterday with 7 family members. Excellent service and food. Worth every cent & will be back soon.
Food, Drink and Staff along with the beautiful view from upstairs was 1st class, amazing all round and will be going back again for definite but the 1 thing that stood out for me was the chicken and mushroom soup it was absolutely gorgeous ��� 10/10

We come back here purely for their wings anytime we are in Howth. On this occasion, to our disappointment, we found the portions size had been considerably reduced. The same great taste however. The cheese on the fries was already hardened when it was served to me which was slightly disappointing. Great staff and location though
The chicken wings in O'Connells are delicious, it's a shame they cannot do decent sweet potato fries. I'm surprised O'Connells isn't on the top chicken wing places in Dublin as they never disappoint.
Cozy place with a very relaxed and casual service which when combined with tasty food made it a wonderful experience. Ordered the piri piri half chicken for mains and it was delicious and a big portion too. Speedy service and a good vibe. Well recommended for anyone visiting Howth.
O'Connels definitely serve some of the best wings in Dublin! I couldn't imagine going there and getting anything other than wings and chips! The staff are so friendly and all the food is a great price!
Very popular spot in Howth. They are famous for their delicious wings. They never let me down! I tried the Cajun chips today, they were very tasty. My Dad got the tomato based tagliatelle with prawns and smoked salmon. That was very nice. Just the right amount of prawns in it too. Big portion though. Staff here are very friendly and fun. I would recommend to anyone passing through Howth. It can get very busy on the weekend though, especially if it's a sunny day.
Had the best wings and chips here. We were starving after walking the Howth Cliff Trail. Cheap enough and the view is fab. Probably in my top 5 wing spots in Dublin!
Wings here are so good. Been here tonnes of times. Always go as it's local to me. Staff are always very friendly. I've only ever gotten a burger or wings here as they are famous for their wings around Howth. Also got a chocolate brownie last time I was there and it was delish. Would recommend to anyone looking for pub grub in the area.
