The Gallery Cafe became an immediate institution, but one with a fluid and everlasting relevance. Both to The Town, townlands of Gort and A mainstay on the wild Atlantic way. It serves a unique menu, seasonal, fresh and well proportioned. It more than serves the vegetarian/vegan tastes and has a wonderful choice of wine and beverage.
But it is a venue for Arts and Great music as well, with an eclecticism about every aspect of it.
