Thai food almost as good as the real stuff I had while backpacking in Thailand. Whether your just looking for something different, or maybe your already a Thai food fan? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to you
This place is a good meal for a takeout, but there are better. It is a Thai restaurant and the staff are pleasant. The food feels lower in fat and grease than other chains, yet somehow it lacks in taste. It's good, and enjoyable, yet it's not quite diep. I got a khao Soi ghai (satay chicken noodles) and my dad got khao pad thai.
I tip my hat to the lovely folks over at Camile for my delicious takeaway yesterday evening.
Myself & Cheryl Flood got the chicken & prawn pad thai along with Crispy Chilli chicken and rice. I'm craaaaaaaazy for Pad Thai so I was delighted that this one was full of freshness and flavour. The Crispy Chicken was also yum & it worked out very well for Cheryl and I as that dish took her preference, whereas the Pad Thai took mine.
Very impressed Camile - you've won us over!
I just had the most amazing thai takeaway as a Zomato surprise. I had no idea what food was coming so the suspense was hard to take! We ended up getting a very generous portion of Pad Thai Noodles, Crispy Chilli Chicken and boiled rice. I adore Pad Thais and this one did not disappoint, full of beautiful vegetables and just the right amount of sauce. But for me, the real winner was the Crispy Chilli Chicken, battered pieces of chicken with chunky veg and spicy sweet chilli sauce. Divine! Definitely one to get, no matter what you're in the mood for.
One of the nicest take-aways out there I think. Nice and light, healthy and flavoursome. Lovely take-away to have when your being somewhat health conscious, as they have dishes that are under 600 cals. I got the chilli and cashew which was lovely and spicy and there was also a generous amount of chicken.
Camille is a nice place for Thai and probably one of the best takeaways for more authentic Thai food. The last few times have been a bit hit and miss and I ordered chicken satay skewers last time and they weren't great! Had better from most Chinese places. I would usually get the pad Thai and that's delicious but can be a bit too sweet but that's the nature of the dish also. Good portion sizes. A bit more expensive than traditional takeaways but you're paying for the better quality food. Overall it's usually very nice and the delivery service is good also.
It's a really nice place for who wants great Thai food with take away option. The service it's very fast and the employees are very nice. I just tried the noodles but I really want to taste other dishes.
Camile is a great thai take away. I love thai food and have been ordering from Camile for a few years now. I love the chu chee curry, it's very hot but oh so tasty. It's a red curry with cucumber, fine beans and lime leaves. The Khao Pad Krapow Gai is also delicious, red chillies, fine beans and holy basil. Gorgeous with jasmine rice. The great thing about the curries is that they come in large for sharing portions too. All the dishes have the calorie info attached so you can make a healthier choice if you so wish.
By far one of the best Thai food places in dublin! I love getting a takeaway from here the red & green Thai curry dishes are too die for as well as their Singapore noodles and satay chicken starter!!! I always nearly order half the menu every time I get takeaway from here! I absolutely love it! Very well cooked and tasty food! I would highly recommend it 😌
I've only come across it recently and I'm so glad I have. I'm a great lover of Asian cuisine so it wasn't hard to fall in love with it. 'Camile' from my knowledge of french in school means perfection and that it certainly is
First off when you walk inside, the place look's immaculate. Very clean and nice decor. As you approach the counter you can see into the kitchen behind so you can see what exactly is going on at all times which I like. There are a few seats(row of benches with comfy cushions)while you wait for your order or you can dine in. I chose to sit in. Menu is brilliant and has all your classic dishes when you think of Asian/Thai cuisine. I ordered a starter and mains. To start I went for the hoi sin duck spring rolls and for mains I went for the pad thai noodles which had chicken, tiger prawns, egg and bean sprouts included. Absolutely delicious! Total cost came to 12.50 which I think is very good given the quality of food and also the portion size. You will not go hungry if you eat here that's for sure. Hands down one of my favourite asian/thai restaurants in Dublin. It's a must if you're a lover of this type of cuisine. They are a chain with a few locations throughout the city so you're sure to come across one at some point. Enjoy!
