Well, I have never been to the place where it is located so can't judge them on the hospitality they provide in. Though I order my favorite lamb Biryani from the restaurant.
Firstly, Highly impressed by the quantity they serve, Great value for money.
Secondly, the smell of the biryani tingles the taste buds.I don't think I have tasted better biryani apart from Namaste India.
Thirdly, the food has perfect amount of spices and lamb is tender thus, dissolving in the mouth.
P.S. Highly recommended restaurant to order.
Good and very traditional Indian takeaway!
This place only does takeaway and their curry is really tasty and very reasonable served which makes it a very good deal for the price! I always ordered the mystery deal and it never failed me (although it was always chicken, so no mystery there)! I did takeaway and also home delivery and they were quick on the delivery (under the estimated 40 minutes).
When I am at home too lazy to cook, I usually choose Namaste!
This is a really handy Indian takeaway close to work. They have good authentic Indian food, both for veg and non-veg.
I've tried it for the first time this Monday and ordered the lamb garlic curry which was quite tasty. The lamb was tender and properly cooked. Also, I loved the small bites of fresh ginger through the curry. Regarding the sauce, it was well balanced (not overwhelming spicy). A final note to the rice that was very good as well, with some spices notes.
If you like curries, you should definitely try this place.
Namaste is a lovely Indian takeaway near Smithfield square. All of the old favourites are on the menu and this is a safe bet for a good aul kebab. They have expanded their menu with "Namaste goes West" so you can now get burgers, chips and chicken etc. Quick service (we ordered to collect and it was ready 20 mins later when we arrived). Staff are lovely and friendly and the food was tasty. The rice was nice and fluffy. I would prefer the Indian cuisine over the burgers etc but good to have the option if (like us) you can never decide on a Friday night takeaway!
