Such a cosy cafe just next to college. It has a very homely atmosphere and the interior is great with comfortable booths etc. Good Italian coffee. I only wish their food selection would be bit wider since it's not much to choose from... However this is still my no1 spot for coffee around college and it's a great spot for some studying!
Nice addition to the IFSC area. Service is a little on the slow side. They do have a good selection of food and even a nice Chicken and Pesto gluten free option!
I've came here a few times for a bit of lunch as its just right beside my college :) I really like the place, it's nice and chilled and during the summer you can sit outside and eat your lunch if it's nice out! I usually go for a panini which is fab and it's also great value for your money which is a bonus :)
Working in the IFSC you are spolied for choice when it comes to coffee shops, however caffe nero is the stand out place to go. Other coffee shops around the ifsc tend to be a bit cramped. Nero on the other hand, is spacious, making it perfect for quiet conversation over lunch.
The coffee is excellent, a bit on the strong side, but that's how I like it. Their food is always fresh and I would reccomend the tomato soap on a cold day.
If there's one thing the IFSC is not lacking in, it's chain coffee shops: there's one on every corner. But the Caffe Nero on Excise Walk is my favourite of the lot. It's a combination of the decor and general vibe: nice soothing colours and music and a lovely retro/industrial feel along with a selection of comfy armchairs, booths and tables make this a nice spot for coffee or lunch. The coffee is good, the staff are friendly, the cakes are too tempting and the paninis really hit the spot - they do soup too which is nice and warming on a colder day.
Caffe Nero in the IFSC is a lovely spot for a quick lunch by yourself or a long catch-up with friends. There's no sense of being moved after you've finished your food and the selection of books available to read instills that. The staff are absolutely lovely as well. The only downside is that it can be a bit expensive but the experience you get makes up for that.
On a cold day the sundried tomato and basil soup will hit the spot!
One of few places in IFSC area open for a coffee during the weekend (especially on Sunday). Good hot chocolate, soy milk available, friendly staff and comfortable sitting area. Good to take laptop and sit there for a few hours if you have some college job to do, or job in overall. Long opening hours, thats a big + as you can go there after work (for a hot chocolate for example :-))
Tea and scones are hard to get wrong to be honest. This was a nice little spot to meet a friend. It's a good place to people watch and the scones were delicious. 👌🏼
Best of the chain coffee shops. Comfortable seats, lots of power outlets and calm background music. Coffee is good and the staff are pleasant.
