Sunny Saturdays taste better with sushi. Always. Especially when there is Miso soup, sashimi, nigriri and rolls. Michie is tucked away down a laneway off the main road so takes some eagle eyes to spot it. Worth the effort mind you!

Delicious sushi from Michie Sushi. I'm a very new sushi lover, so I was excited to try out the famous Michie Sushi and I wasn't disappointed! The tiger rolls are incredibly delicious, highly recommend

One of my favourite restaurants for sushi, they also deliver at home if you're feeling lazy.. We were desperately looking for a good sushi place after we moved out of the city centre. One evening my husband brought me there, I thought he had entered the wrong address on the GPS, as the restaurant is located in a small lane more suitable for a garage or a back yard... But this tiny restaurant was located just there, off the busiest roads in Ranelagh. I would definitely recommend it for sushi and mochi (little Japanese treats). Make sure to book your table as there are only a few seats available in the restaurant, or take away and enjoy at home.

Best sushi in Dublin in my opinion. I've had so many different things on the menu and have never been disappointed. The specials are particularly good. Last night I got a take away and tried the salmon skin temaki along with some other things.

Ordered from here on a few occasions. The tuna sashimi was excellent as well as the seaweed salad. Better value in terms of price than many of its competitors and delivery was fairly quick

The setting isn't great but the food and service is.

I had a pork ramen and a salmon futomaki. The salmon was fresh and the ramen was tasty. Really like this place.

Eating at Michie Sushi was an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and have an in-depth knowledge of the menu, my fabulous waitress was able to recommend something from the menu based on what I would like. It turned out to be amazing. Will definitely be eating here again.

I didn't go to Michie Sushi's Renalagh branch but in Dun Laoghaire instead. I was planning on going to Renalagh but coming from Bray, Dun L's branch was no doubt an easier option for me to visit. The interior design of the small restaurant was pretty colourful and decent enough. But when i finally had a bite of their Rainbow Roll sushi.. I was just blown away. I admit i didn't expect too much as the small sushi place looked pretty simplistic. But i guess they really just let the dishes they offer speak for them. This was by far the best sushi i have ever tasted! (And i've had quite a lot!)

After ordering in from Michie Sushi for a late Sunday lunch, I can confidently say that it's one of the best sushi joints in town. The attention to detail while ordering was great - the polite lady on the phone even asked if I wanted my Yaki Udon spicy (yes, please!). So yeah, I ordered the Yaki Udon and Fire Dragon Roll, a massive roll stuffed with seven spices, eel, and avocado. As you can tell I like my food spicy and the Yaki Udon scored loads of points in that department. I'll be ordering from Michie Sushi again soon, but next time it'll be from the restaurant!

Michie Sushi is actually off the beaten track - a tiny outlet hidden down a laneway in Ranelagh. That said it's not far from the main road and they deliver which is a massive plus!

I think this is my favourite sushi place in Dublin, they've a huge menu and the staff are so so cheerful - if you're rushing in to grab lunch on the go they'll have you sorted in super quick time. It's a small enough dining room, the focus is really on the food.
