Brickyard is exactly what Dundrum was missing! The beer selection is great and the staff are trained really well, they know their beers and can easily recommend something depending on your taste. The wine selection and cocktails are amazing too! It's a great spot to watch a match and grab some really decent gastro food - honestly the best burger around! And the brunch is unreal too, the taco bowl is awesome!
In a part of Dublin crying out for somewhere new, brickyard is charismatic, innovative, utterly relaxing and oozing with style and sophistication. The appeal of this place is the way the staff entice you into an exploration of some of the best beer available. A lifelong Heineken drinker, I've been converted. The staff have a knowledge of their product like a master sommelier, if your into craft beers, IPA's, Weiss beers, authentic porters, this is the place. The guys here talk about their beers with a passion and it comes across in the drinking. Ive eaten here a few times over the past few weeks as well and the food seems to get better every time. Mac n cheese bites are unbelievable. Pate starter perfect. Had the pleasure of having the rump steak n the buttermilk chicken burger as well. Can't see myself eating in the town Center any more. Dundrum at last has somewhere I'm excited to spend my evenings. Keep up the good work guys.
Incredible food, drinks and service. Had the Salmon popcorn dish and the duck breast. I can honestly say I've never had as good food in a pub before. If you live anywhere near Dundrum you must check this place out.
I just had lunch in the Brickyard & it was superb... Delicious food, great selection of wines + beers & the staff were extremely friendly + professional... I can defo recommend this bar.. Thank you all.

So many taps for draught craft beers and to have wine on tap also and the food element also it is a dream!!!
Got to get over a couple of nights ago and it is now a real venue to go to
Loved the choice of beers on tap and bottles and being a Wing's man they were bloody awesome....and the banter too was great even distracted me from the footie

Was there today for brunch. Had the full Irish and loved it. The cannellini beans and the boxty were particularly nice. Lots of things on the brunch menu were tempting so will definitely return to try them. Staff were friendly and attentive and at 12pm on a Sunday there were a lot of people having food. So nice to have a brunch option like this so close to home.
Such wonderful food and incredibly helpful staff who knew the menu so well and could help advise us regarding our many dietary requirements. Fantastic to go somewhere where there's a full diverse menu that is absolutely delicious.
Went to Brickyard for lunch and had chicken sandwich and soup with coconut and it was delicious!!! Absolutely yum! Would recommend this place for everyone working in the offices around and in DD!
Best burger I have had in long time and whoever came up with the mac and cheese bites is a genius, with the truffle mayo accompaniment really complimenting the dish. The cocktails too were lovely with a great choice and a definite step up from the usual selection found in Irish pubs.
Our first visit to the Brickyard Gastropub and it certainly won't be our last. The waiting staff are very friendly and professional, menu choices are wide and will suit all taste buds. The steak was delicious and cooked to our liking. The taco bowl is a must try it was amazing and as for the cocktails they were superb. It was certainly an excellent dining experience
Just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Dundrum shopping centre. Lovely chilled atmosphere with really tasty food and friendly staff who are more than willing to make informed recommendations about food and drink. It would definitely be my local, if I lived nearer to it!
Had the most amazing cheese board in this place. I have had many cheeseboard before but this is the best it gets!
Had a fab night here at the Brickyard. Very pleasant staff and the service was excellent. Steaks were to perfection and the fries omg to die for. Great selection of cocktails and beers to top it all off at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back. Well done to all.
