I really liked this place. The burgers are gourmet and a bit different from other places I've been. The onion rings were delicious. Staff and manager very friendly.
I went to this place because a friend of mine loves their UK outlets, so we thought we should try the Irish version.
I decided to go for a veggie burger, and the Kumara looked like the most appealing option. The sweet potato and butternut squash combination sounded delicious! It was not as tasty as I would have hoped it to be, but it was nevertheless a good burger.
I thought the portion of chips served was too tiny for its price, but they were also good, with a nice hint of rosemary.
My friend also liked her avocado and bacon chicken burger, but she wasn't as impressed as she was with other trips to GBK.
A very good detail was the student deal, which made the 11,50€ meal drop down to an astonishing 6,95€. Seriously, it's a great deal!
Really nice place with great burgers! I had the chicken satay grilled burger and it was quite good. And it was only €10! Service is good as well.
Came here yesterday for a bite to eat, we were greeted straight away on arrival and made feel very comfortable.! :)
My boyfriend opted for the grilled chicken burger and chips which he said was extremely tasty and filling, as usual I went for the chicken Caesar salad and I have to say it was one for the nicest one I had and it was only €10!
The atmosphere in the Resturant was great and the service was friendly and fast.. I'd definitely recommend this place :)
Had something quick to eat in GBK after a spot of shopping today in town, I'm not typically a burger eater but their menu is so unique we just had to try it out!
We couldn't decided what to try so we got the chicken, Camembert and cranberry burger as well as the bbq pulled pork one and went halves. We got a portion of fries and mushrooms to share also. The burgers were extremely tasty, I really enjoyed the chicken one but thought the pulled pork could have done with more bbq flavour or sauce. The portion of mushrooms was very small in my opinion. They were a starter portion and were only priced at €3.25 but each one was only a Half of a medium sized mushroom and there was only 5 in the portion which meant we really only got 2 and a half mushrooms in the portion.
One thing I have to compliment was the staff, every staff member that we talked to was lovey and just in a great mood. They have great meal deals on their menu including a student deal. The restaurant is also located right across from powerscourt on busy south william street so it's perfect for bit of people watching while you eat!
Loved the burger and the salad served along with the same. The burger was bang on taste and the Patty inside was juicy, made me remember my In&Out Days.
Great spot for catching up with an old pal or if you wanna go on a date with bae, the staff is lovely and the chicken wings are THE bomb. Highly recommend
Fantastic spot. Staff are always friendly even though their table turnover is rapid and constant because of their unbeatable special offers and prices. The burgers are always delicious and a good, filling size that makes the side orders almost unnecessary (if they weren't also delicious - those hei hei fries every time). Outdoor seating is always important to me because I'm a smoker and they have it perfected at GBK.
One of my absolute favourite burger joints! Based in powerscourt it's a lovely spacious restaurant with lovely staff and gorgeous menu selection
I'm a big fan of this place and have been here many times. Perfect if you want to grab a quick bite and don't want any hassle. Very tasty burgers and you can choose from a huge menu. Rosemary fries are particularly delicious. Can be great for a birthday party if you don't want to fork out a huge pile of money as it's very reasonably priced.
This is the place to go if all you're after is good burgers! The chicken satay one is my favourite but they have loads of great options. I love all the New Zealand influences - the kiwi burger that has egg and beetroot in it and that they sell the Monteith's beers. Quite a few of them in town so you're never too far from one of the restaurants.
This place is right up there with 'The Counter' in my opinion as the best burger place in Dublin. The service was great, we got seated very quickly and they had no problems when we asked to move which is always nice! The chicken wings to begin were fantastic! However I'd avoid trying to eat celery! Made the poor mistake of trying to eat that too! The burger and the chips were both fantastic and the wine was like velvet! The place was grand to just sit and chat as well and the price was surprisingly good!
Thursday night seem to be the night every week Liam and I night to go for food and it's great! . Had never heard of this place before but it was top notch! We were given a table really quickly! And when asked would it be possible to move to another table they were more than happy to do it! Great service all round. To start I went for cheese bites and they were great and the food was so quick to come after we ordered. Went for the bacon and cheese burger and it was heavenly. And was topped off with a bottle of Pinot Grigio! Was a great meal and I will be back!
