Had my very first pint in the foggy over 45 years ago a pint of smithwicks I remember I think it was 47p haha ! A lot has changed since then especially the price a little shocked pint of Guinness pale ale at €6.10 🍺I am a regular there always call in when the a gig on in the city or meet up with my brothers there's 6 of us so it's a great meeting place if you like music plenty of memerabila on the walls or a good game on TV still has its original front and all the character of a good bublin pub don't change ! Not to mention great live music on Sunday evening! 😘
As well as the transformative live music on Sundays, this place is warm, cozy, pours a wicked pint. Magical place not without its gritty edge. Been going here every week for about 5 years. It'll always be home.
Ive been drinking in the foggy for 35 years and unless I get barred I look forward to the next 35. Sunday without doubt the best day. Andy runs a great pub and laughter is never in short supply bad points is they close in my oppinion it should be 24/7 including xmas day.
Great place the staff are brilliant and friendly .when in town always go in for a pint
