Really friendly staff. My breakfast looked great and tasted better. Great service. Also because they open a bit earlier I was able to have a great breakfast before a big day out.
First time here today for breakfast, i couldn't fault it at all. Food was delicious staff were efficient and friendly, looking forward to our return �

As a veggie I loved the breakfast options. The staff were so helpful and accommodated my usual oddity for making changes to menu with a smile. The location is great and the pristine white furniture and walls made the shop so bright and fresh. As we were finishing breakfast they were putting out the lunch options, we were so tempted to just stay and eat more but we will be back.
I breakfasted on the best Eggs Benedict that I've had in a long time. It's easy to see why the place is so popular with office workers at the start of their day but the staff made service look friendly and unhurried by working their socks off! I will be back!

Have only been here once but look forward very much to returning again soon. An incredibly friendly and helpful young blonde girl served and advised us on what to choose for a quick take-away bite on the go. We were amazed by both the delicious food and extremely professional service for such a brief encounter. Would give 6* if it were possible �

The chorizo scramble (without avocado for me) was simply divine. The coffee is strong and the perfect kickstart to a morning. Atmosphere was very relaxed and service was attentive.
The best lunch here yesterday!!!! Super tasty and healthy food, it's not only delicious but not too pricey either and extremely filling. The portion sizes are so generous and there cake selection is great also, there's so much to choose from! I'd highly reccomend to visit here I'm already planning my next trip back for breakfast!
I got the broccoli and sweet potato salad which was lovely but I didn't like the falafel with it. It wasn't the normal falafel I get in other places - tasted different. But the food was good. A bit pricey but the staff were nice. We had a lovely server who was very helpful.
Eathos is a modern cafe in a predominantly traditional city. It delivers excellent coffee (including choice) for an Aussie a long way from and the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic range of patisseries and meals. I had a cranberry and pistachio slice that would make me come back again. It has a small open courtyard at the back which is fantastic on a sunny day.
Another great addition to Baggot Street, I've only ever had sweet treats from here as the last time I visited for lunch they had sold out of their new falafel dish whose Instagram photo had lured me in (sob) but their Paleo banana muffin is the bomb. Worth stopping by here for alone. Moist (massive!) and really filling with none of the crap.
I planned to visit for breakfast recently too as their dishes always look so pretty online but on reviewing the menu the night before and being shocked by €9.50 price tag for smoothie bowls I opted not to! Not the only Dublin café that needs to re-think their price points.
Finally got to come here for breakfast and it was well worth it! The cafe is very summery and the outside sheltered area is perfect for a sunny brunch!
I ordered the buckwheat pancakes, which were so tasty, filling and healthy too so I didn't feel bad almost finishing them! The portion was very generous, I was starving and still didnt completely finish. I also tried the Nutella hot chocolate, which not only tasted amazing, but came with such cute art, mine had a little bunny and the girls' had swans!
Although eathos is a little pricey, I'd definitely come back to try some of the cakes and pastries that looked so good in the window! Their presentation is amazing and the food healthy and great tasting. Highly recommend it.
I went here for breakfast on Tuesday and it was worth the journey. So yummy and yet guilt free! I ordered the buckwheat pancakes which were so good - big portion I couldn't finish mine but thoroughly enjoyed every bite I also ordered the Nutella hot chocolate which was amazing too the presentation was fantastic too! This is a trendy healthy lunch spot in Dublin . I had heard great reviews about Eathos so today I finally decided to try it and it did not disappoint .
The cafe is so refreshing with the white decor and funky plates ! I had the soup of the day which was a tomato broth with kidney beans and black beans it was full of flavour as there was lots of spices in it which really worked well together .
My friend got the chickpea burger with the broccoli salad and coleslaw . Hers also tasted delicious .
To be honest it is quite an expensive lunch (salad€15 , soup €6.50) and I think that it might be better to pop in in the evening of some early dinner to get your values worth.
Apparently they do a great Saturday all day brunch so I will defiantly be back for that !
Finally got to try Eathos for the first time thanks to Zomato, I had heard so much about the place and it definitely didn't disappoint!
We went for lunch and got the protein with two salads which is priced at €14.50, not a bad price in my opinion for the quality of food that you are getting. After much deliberation I chose the chargrilled organic salmon which came with a red pepper, hazelnut and lemon salsa and the camargue red rice with quinoa and green beans for my two sides. I definitely found it hard to chose as I would have eaten and enjoyed almost anything off of the menu, they have a really good range to suit everyone. I can't fault the meal at all and the staff were also extremely nice and helpful but do keep in mind that It isn't a very big place so you might struggle to find a seat at busy times. I can't wait to go back and try out their breakfast menu and amazing looking treats!

My favourite place right now for healthy brunching/lunching. I love it here, I am a huge fan of the chickpea burger or the harissa chicken with green beans and sweet potato. Their desserts are epic - brownie/blondie brownie & the peanut butter s'mores are delicious. My only fault is that it IS quite expensive but that's to be expected given it's quality of food & location perhaps.
Stopped in here for a quick coffee and a sweet bite and was amazed with the selection they had! A little pricey but all the food looked amazing!! I grabbed a quick coffee and a brownie and it was sensational! One of the best brownies I've ever had, it was so moist and tasty! Will definitely be back to sample more.
Such a great little spot for breakfast. The decor and interior design really add to the relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the sweet potato rosti and acai smoothie bowl. The egg dish was delicious and really filling, served with a refreshing salad. The smoothie bowl was picturesque but a little too sour, however it's one of those things you have to try at least once. Will definitely be returning to sample the lunch menu!
When you walk into eathos it's a foodies paradise. The colours are so vibrant and everything looks so fresh and tempting. For breakfast I have had the acai bowl. It was nice but very light with only a small sprinkling of granola. I wouldn't order the same again but the brunch menu offers plenty of other delicious dishes. Lunch was the opposite, hugely generous portions! I opted for the protein and 2 salads and struggled to finish but everything tastes as fresh as it looks. Felt good after a healthy lunch.
Been dying to try this place and finally managed this weekend for lunch. I love the interior firstly, it's so white and fresh! As soon as u walk in your drooling over all the healthy cakes and plates of salads everywhere! I opted for the lunch menu, although I want to return for breakfast! I got the chickpea burger on pitta as my protein and paired it with 2 salads. There were so many to choose from and I'm not sure I picked the very best to complement my chickpea but it was all tasty- I got the puy lentil with sour cherries, bacon and blue cheese and I also got the halloumi and fig salad. There was so much choice so I will defo have to go back ! Got the unlimited sparking water for 2 euro for the table which is a nice concept! Wanted something sweet to finish so had the peanut butter s'more which was gorgeous, followed by sample of the carrot cake which was fabulous! It's a lovely place but defo not one for just before pay day as it is quite expensive!
Eathos opened their doors on Baggot street recently serving up fresh, health-conscious food. In the same week where I was feeling particularly guilty about my dining habits I got an awful hankering for breakfast out so thought this to be the perfect choice. It was a blissfully sunny day in Dublin so we were delighted to see seating in a shaded area out the back... we parked ourselves there to eagerly await our first meal of the day.
Their decor is very modern; bright and minimal; the perfect base to allow all focus to fall on the food. There were numerous delicious looking healthy treats being piled high in anticipation of a heavy footfall for lunch service but we decided to go ahead & order off the breakfast menu as planned.
There were few options but it was apparent that these had been well curated. The dishes were deliciously fresh and seemingly simple until you tuck in; rich truffle oil and perfect seasoning had been added making for an unexpected twist. Fresh and delicious.
This is a lovely new cafe. The interior is very fresh and the staff are friendly. The food here is great if you are looking for a healthy option. I had a protein and two salads option and I couldn't fault it in any way. The display of the food on the counter is a sight to see!
This place is a hidden gem on baggot street. With an amazing selection of healthy food and not so healthy treats, they cater for everyone. I tried the acai bowl (which is really just a smoothie in a bowl), but if you're looking for something light and refreshing I would definitely recommend. The eggs menemen was probably the best egg dish I've tried in Dublin, and the homemade smore was the perfect way to finish off a delicious meal
I love love love Eathos. The gluten free brownie... Oh man, it's a seriously good brownie! The wine is fab. The salads are a tad over priced but they look so pretty that it nearly makes up for it.
The scones, pastries, and cakes are all fabulous. I sometimes just stare in the window at them to see what's new!

Ok this place is a carbon copy of the wonderful Ottolenghi in London but who cares?! Unfortunately all I got to try was the gluten free pecan blondie which was divine! So so moist and fudgy. Will definitely be back to try their beautiful looking salads and check the coffee out, yet to find anywhere as good as 3fe yet.
Lovely weekend brunch spot. Not the cheapest place, but has a huge menu including sweet treats aswell as healthy bites. Huge bonus having a take-out menu also full of salads and desserts
Oh my goodness this place is unreal!! So fresh so healthy so many options for breakie/brunch/lunch...and the dessert counter is sooo tempting! It's definitely a tad on the pricey side- 14.50 for a salad is pretty expensive for Dublin....I will still pay it because I really liked the place but I would say it's not for everyone! For the salads you choose a protein and 2 or 3 different side salads....the salads are so nice I would even have them without the protein but the salmon was yummy!

Popped into eathos for coffee & a Saturday morning treat yesterday. I went for the blueberry and raspberry summer morning pastry which was filled with custard of some description. It was fabulous. I cannot wait to go back and indulge in a few more pastries, not forgetting to mention those beautiful looking salads too!
Gorgeous interior, lovely staff and amazing take on healthy food. Pictures, tuna, courgette salad and broccoli and feta salad.
I took a photo of my meal and posted it on IG and tagged Eathos in my post. 5 minutes later one of the staff members popped out to say thank you for posting the photo.
Another 5 minutes later he offered us a free meringue shell with jam and cream.
Service was amazing and the food was even better.
Looking in at Eathos, the tasty treats in the window are bound to draw you in. Really nice interior and the staff are very friendly. They have 3fe coffee which is a major plus. I finally got to try the chocolate brownie and oh my lord, it was unreal. So incredibly tasty, soft and gooey yet light. I also recently ate in Eathos for lunch. I had the white onion soup which was served with a slice of multigrain bread. I have to say it was one of the nicest soups I have had in a long time. And the bowl might look small, but it was very filling. I would highly recommend this place.
Love the concept behind Eathos, everything is made fresh daily and they have lots of vegan options. It's hard not to be tempted by all the treats in the window display but you won't be able to fit anything in after the massive portions. You can sit in or take away but if you have the time I'd recommend the bright seating area out the back. I got the sweet potato, beetroot and cauliflower salad. Next time I'd only get 2 salads, 2 is more then enough and I had the leftovers to take home.
