Musashi is probably the best place to eat in all South Dublin. The sushi is great, the staff is awesome, the place is beautiful and the ambient is cosy, friendly and intimate. There are few places this good in Ireland and this one is hidden right in the heart of Sandyford.

Excellent selection of food. Great choices. Very attentive service. Great beers and wines. Fantastic Saki menu. Not overly priced. Well worth the visit.

As usual Musashi didn't disappoint. The starters are always particular tasty - they do one of the best ebi tempura I've tried. Great choice of main courses. The service is always good.

I've been to both musashi on capel street and musashi at ifsc so I was pleasantly surprised when I realised there was also one in sandyford. I visited here twice in the past week and both times I opted for their bento box for €9.95. For what you get that is excellent value and I can't recommend it enough. The food is extremely tasty and their portion size is so generous that you're nicely full. If you're like me and like a variety of a few flavours then this is perfect but they do have other lunch options such as Katsu curry, cha han, noodles, ramen etc for all around the €9 mark. Back to the bento- Other places that offer bento boxes scrimp on the portion sizes so you end up ordering a side of extra goodies but there's no need with this. You get a portion of rice with a starter, a main and 2 pieces of chef selection sushi and you also get a miso soup on the side. Oh and green tea is complimentary
The waiters here are really friendly & attentive. The service is prompt. They're better than musashi ifsc in my opinion and on par with the capel street restaurant. Definitely recommend
Went here for a quick bite to eat while waiting on rush hour traffic to dye down. I got the chicken dumplings and chicken wings which were both delicious. The service was really fast and the staff were lovely. Could not fault it.
A rare takeaway treat that I will definitely have again. Better value than michie sushi and yet no compromise on taste and freshness. The soy sauce containers were also definitely larger than I've had before. (Tepid) Miso soup with seafood futomaki and nigiri... What could you want on a Tuesday?!
Great range of lunch options at a reasonable price. Great food and service. I ordered the Katsu curry it was delicious. The Yaki Soba noodles look delicious.
I had been to Musashi in the IFC and it did not disappoint so we decided to try it in Sandyford where they only offer take away. The delivery took 40 minutes to arrive which isn't too bad on a Saturday night. We ordered the edamame beans, the chef sashimi selection, spicy salmon rolls, pork gyoza and steamed rice and it was the perfect amount of food for 2 people. I would definitely recommend the sashimi which came with tuna, octopus, squid, prawn, salmon, mackerel and shrimp!
This is an excellent, bright restaurant for the perfect lunch. We went here during work and the food is served up fast and excellently presented. There is excellent choice on the menu and they also have lunch specials every day. If you are not familiar with sushi the staff are so helpful but if you are not a fan of it the chicken curry is fab!
Another great venue for lunch dates with my work colleagues... Musashi recently opened its doors in Sandayford and we welcome it 😉
It's the real deal when it comes to sushi. The waiter was on hand to talk us through the menu ( so have no fear if you're not familiar with sushi menu terminology)

The atmosphere was lovely and the service was very good. Some of our party asked for extra sauce and there was no extra charge. The complimentary green tea was a nice authentic added touch.
I'll most definitely be lunching here again with my lady friends.
Had the sushi and sashimi chef selection as main and fried chicken dumplings as starter. Everything was pretty good except the octopus that was too tough. Not the best sushi I ever had but pretty good quality for Dublin. Also, its not pricy, so great quality/price relation.
