Had heard great things about the food and staff at Etto, and I'm delighted to say I was not disappointed. A small and relaxed restaurant, the food was excellent, the wine interesting and the staff engaging and warm. I couldn't recommend this place any more, really really really great food!
My son and I enjoyed a stunning lunch in Etto yesterday. Everything from our two starters of ox tongue and artichoke through the amazing hake to the rich chocolate and cherry pots was totally delicious. They have a great wine list and I recommend the Fino to start and the Madeira to finish. Beautifully paced and excellent service from Cian, our informed and charming waiter. Cannot wait to return and thanks to the Etto team for a memorable meal.
What a meal experience. The food was amazing it is simple yet innovative, cooked to perfection and the combination of flavours and ingredients are matches made in food heaven. This is combined with an excellent wine choice and the service staff are so professional and knowledgeable with a great sense of fun. Cant wait to get back to Dublin again.

Ate in Etto Thursday evening..couldn't fault the venue, service, food or wine list..in a word all "Superb"..and that's some accolade coming from me!!
It’s definitely one of the must go restaurants in Dublin. Sit at the bar and get inspired by the delicious plates walking by..

I went on to give this a review and was shocked to see that it said I had already given you 1 star in November 2013, I don't know how that happened as last sat was my first time ever there and it was unbelievable.. One of the best dinners I've had in Dublin in a long time from start to finish! I couldn't recommend this place more.. You have changed my view on prunes for life.. I even made them tonight... Amazing!! See you again soon! Hopefully very soon
The food is simply superb. Our lunch of leek salad, grilled cod, and the most delicious plum dessert ever was out of this world.

Thank you team Etto for a great dinner last night, so good to see a thriving independent restaurant delivering some great plates of food. Hard to choose from the interesting well thought out combinations so we just shuffled the plates between us!! If I'm pushed....the malt panna cotta was the favourite but only by a clementine segment!
